* Service. The “Service” means the web-based platform and related technology services provided by eNavvi that allows Subscribers, at the Subscribers’ sole discretion and independent medical judgement, to access certain Authorized Pharmacies for purposes of submitting prescriptions for certain medications electronically. Subscriber is solely responsible for selecting the appropriate Authorized Pharmacy. Availability to Authorized Pharmacies via the platform and pricing information provided by Authorized Pharmacies are subject to change without notice. Acceptance and fulfillment of prescriptions may be subject to additional terms and conditions of Authorized Pharmacies.

* Initial Term. The initial subscription term will be a period of 1 month commencing on the date Subscriber accepts the Agreement and will thereafter automatically renew for additional successive 1-month periods until terminated as set forth in the Agreement.
